All we can do is pray. 我們能做的就是祈禱
All we can do is hope for the best. 我們能做的就是希望能變好
All we can do is wait. 我們能做的就是等待

The Good Witch of the North: "Oh, yes, there is Glinda, the Good Witch of the South.
She is the most powerful of us all, except OZ. But she lives a long way off.
any other 如果指的是〔任何一個〕，那就用單數
莎士比亞："A rose by any other name would smell as sweet."
因為只有一朵玫瑰，它一次也只能〔任何一個〕名字
any other 如果指的是〔任何其他的〕，那就用複數
Are there any other good witches besides you?
除了妳之外，另有別的好巫婆嗎？（顯然就是另有許多個吧）
在Security & Problems of Violence裡 有這麼一句：
“Neighborhood Watch has proven itself to be one of the most effective
and cost efficient crime prevention programs in any large city. ”
在Hansel & Gretel裡，巫婆說：Don't try any tricks while I'm gone.
第一句的city不用複數，因為 any 如 any large city（指任何一座城市，表示就一座）
＊ any other 的用法要依實際意義來判斷決定用單數還是複數
＊ cupboard VS. cabinet
大部分的櫥櫃都可叫 cabinet
